1. Information on how to plan for transportation to and from a wedding or a party. How much in advance they need to notify you so transportation can be provided.

2. How to arrange to have transportation waiting for them when they arrive at the airport or to be picked up at a hotel or restaurant.

3. You can inform them if a deposit is required and what forms of payment you accept, i.e. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, cash, and/or personal or company check.

4. The area of service you cover. Whether it's just downtown, the airport, hotels, etc.

You can also include information about the different ways they can be picked up and transported around town too!
