Positive Energy Page

 

You are probably thinking what this is all about huh? Well this is actually a very big topic that I will cover briefly here. There will be a link(s) at the bottom of the page you can visit to start this new journey.

We are all energy. That's a fact. But did you realize you all give off energy? Never thought about it in that way I bet. So whether its positive or negative, we automatically give it off.

So the question is what kind of energy are you generating and giving off? Why is it important that I know this information? Let's take a look at these questions.

Because we all give off this energy, believe it or not, it has an effect on everyone around us. Our friends, family, loved ones, co-workers, those we meet for the first time, etc. feel what you are giving off. If you are having a bad day, they can feel it almost immediately. Sometimes they might not know that in their conscious mind, but the subconscious picks it up very quickly. So let's look at the signs

Think about someone you know that might complain allot and/or has a bad attitude. Now think about someone you know that is upbeat and seemingly full of life. As you interact with other people, make a conscious effort to notice the energy they give off. Is it positive or negative? Now, which one makes you feel good and which one makes you feel downbeat or saddened. Which one makes you feel good and enjoy being around? It's that the person who gives off the positive energy isn't it? So what type of person do you wish to around?

Why do some people make you feel good and others make you feel down? It's the energy they give off. So how does that person give off that type of energy?

Let's look at it this way. What causes you to read my web site? What makes you scroll down the page to read more? What makes you put food and water in your mouth? What makes you look at all the beauty in nature? Do you see where this is going?

THE MIND. All that we do, think, say, etc. is started in our mind, our thoughts. So does the energy we give off. If we are down in our thoughts, we give off negative energy. If we are positive in those thoughts, then positive energy is released.

Your successes and failures in whatever you do many times have started with what you think. Whether it's with love, family, career, etc., how you are approaching this process (through your thoughts) will greatly determine the outcome of what you are seeming wanting to accomplish in your life.

Have you ever heard someone say, "Hey I can't go over there and do that. Every time I do that, something bad or this or that happens." or "Every time I go and talk to that person or attend this meeting, nobody really listens to me." What they are doing is dwelling on the negative and releasing those negative thoughts. And guess what happens? Sounds strange doesn't it? But think about it. How many times have you done it? I know I have in the past. Now when they do at times appear in my mind, I quickly dispel them and focus on the positive.

If someone who has a very serious or terminal health condition, they usually focus the sickness and/or think "I am not sick". The proper mental thought should be "I am a picture of health". They should visualize in their mind a healthy body and mind. Don't give in to the negative thoughts that enter it.

On a personal note, I too had very negative thinking and hanging around those that have that same type of thought processes. A few years ago this very thing was pointed out to me. When I saw it and tried to change it somewhat, I truly didn't understand what I was doing and what I needed to do to change to that positive thought processes I was seeking.

While there are those in some religious circles tend to think this type of thought processes is not scriptural, I have this to say to them. How do you know how God setup the universe? I believe he set it up to respond to us through our thoughts. That's how we communicate with him, isn't it? When we pray, don't we think what to pray first?

As my personal quest continued to find the answer to truly be more positive in my life, the movie "The Secret" came out. I received a copy of it. When I heard about this movie, I was a little skeptical at first. But I approached it with an open mind. After I viewed and thought about it for a while, I gave it a try. As they suggested in the movie and audio CD's, I tried something small at first, believing in my heart that it will happen. Guess what? It worked. I continued the same principle to the other things in my life. They worked too!

Keep in mind not everyone wants the same thing in life. Not everyone wants wealth. Some want fame, peace, fortune, happiness, love, servitude, etc. What is your heart seeking?

Information is power!

You can also purchase the "The Secret" DVD movie, audio CD's, or the book on their web site. I purchased mine copy from eBay.

I recommend you get the "Extended" version of the DVD movie. It has more information on it.

I also recommend you get the "Audio" 4 CD set version. It has a lot more information and gives you more things to look at in your life. If you have a CD player in your car, you can listen to them while driving. However, I would suggest you listen to them when you can just focus on what they are saying.

Next Level Up From The Secret

I was listening to Wayne Dyer on PBS on Sunday afternoon. After listening to him, I realized what he was saying struck a cord within me. What I have been seeking for a long time now finally was dropped into my lap. I ordered his 8 CD audio series on "Excuse BeGone". My life changed again for the positive.

So if you really want to change internally for the better, then you should get the above audio series. It takes a strong person to look at themselves in the mirror and realize that they need to change how they approach things, how they approach life.

I also watched Wayne's new movie, "The Shift". After listening to the audio series and then the movie, I felt I saw what he was talking about in the audio series. For me, "The Shift" is an excellent movie that makes what he says come alive.
